The Contribution of Social Support and Resilience to Preschool Teacher’s Stress

The results of studies in several countries had consistently shown that the teaching profession has highest stress vulnerability. This study aimed to determine whether resilience and social support could predict on preschool teachers. participants this were 120 teachers from Yogyakarta area who minimum 2 years working duration. Research instruments presented through an online platform, comprised of: Brief Resilience Scale, Multidimensional Scale Perceived Social Support (MPSS), Stress (PSS-10). Using SPSS 24.0 for Windows program, collected data analyzed using multiple linear regression. regression analysis showed significantly predicted However, a separate only related teachers’ stress. indicates ability do internal regulation plays broader role determining work levels.
